Migration of Taimer's HubSpot Account to Heeros' HubSpot Account Using Business Units.
A Business Units setup was created on the Heeros platform, allowing the management of two brands simultaneously within a single platform.
Implementation of processes onto the new platform
Taimer's previous processes were transferred to the new platform and adapted to align with common practices (management, metrics, objectives).
Data cleaning, migration and structuring
Data was transferred from the previous platform to the new one, ensuring its cleanliness, location, and usability across the entire platform.
Project summary
Heeros and Taimer merged at the beginning of 2022, necessitating a migration project to create a unified HubSpot platform. Since Taimer was already a HubSpot user, this involved a HubSpot Portal to Portal migration. The newly launched Business Units functionality in HubSpot was activated for the Heeros account, allowing for the management of multiple brands under a single account.
Hubit's role focused on leading the migration project, providing expertise, and handling the technical implementation. As a partner, we assisted the client in navigating data management and best practices throughout the project. As a HubSpot partner, we leverage our communication with HubSpot to offer the most effective and cost-efficient solutions. This enabled Heeros and Taimer to consolidate their platforms towards a unified growth strategy.
