In the spring of 2023, PolarHouse underwent a change in ownership and has since embarked on a significant growth trajectory. Over its 20-year journey, PolarHouse has established a strong foothold in Lapland. With this renewal, the goal is to expand their expertise and capabilities more broadly across Finland and into Europe. To support development, HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub were chosen, with Hubit selected as PolarHouse’s HubSpot partner. Implementing the new system and updating practices is a significant change process for the company, so the project was designed around the client's goals to ensure successful change management and outcomes.

The transition to HubSpot began with clarifying goals to measure ongoing development throughout the project. This was followed by focusing on implementation, integrating processes and metrics into the HubSpot ecosystem in a way that supports predefined goals, growth, and scalability in the long term. The agile implementation with the project team ensured efficiency and provided direct training for the sales organization on the customized platform.

With HubSpot, a strong synergy between sales and marketing was established to help clients achieve their dreams of a log home or cabin. HubSpot CMS was chosen not only for its functionality but also for providing easy and accessible ways for clients to contact PolarHouse experts. Since direct online purchases are uncommon in this industry and the buying process is longer, the aim was to support the customer journey with expert guidance toward realizing their dream log construction.
